ABOUT LOWER SOUTH VALLEY Council of Governments

The Lower South Valley Council of Governments (LSVCOG) was formed in 2016 to promote collaboration and cost savings for member municipalities. Current members are:

• City of Nanticoke

• Borough of Ashley

• Borough of Plymouth

• Borough of Sugar Notch

• Township of Hanover

• Township of Newport

• Township of Plymouth

• Earth Conservancy

• The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA)
